1) Where can I
view the vehicles?
We keep our vehicles privately
garaged throughout New York and New Jersey; therefore viewings
are done via internet or by appointment only.
2) Are there any
additional fees?
All prices are plus 20% gratuity
plus any tolls or parking fees. 7% state tax also applies. Trips
originating in NYC & 5 Boroughs add $10 per hr. Prices vary
based on time of year and location of event.
3) What is
required to make a reservation?
A credit card deposit is required
for all reservations as well as a signature via fax or e-mail.
Proms require a parent signature as well.
4) What is the
cancellation policy?
All deposits are non refundable.
Reservations canceled 30 days prior to date of event, 50% of
total will be charged to your credit card. Reservations canceled
2 weeks prior to event will be charged 100% to your credit card.
Proms require 30 days notice of cancellation or full balance is
due.
5) Is there a
charge for extra stops?
Proms can only make up 3 pick ups
and 3 drop offs any additional will be charged $50.00
additional, weddings, and nights out as many stops as you need –
within reason – are included.
6) Is there any
hourly minimum?
6 hours on hourly reservations
3 hours for Weddings
6 hours for Jr. Proms
10 hours for Sr. Proms
Buses - 6 hours locally / 8 hours into the city
7) What is
included in the stocked bar?
The bar varies. It will contain a
complimentary bottle of champagne on Ice, non alcohol drinks for
passengers to quench their thirst. Any special request will be
charge accordingly. You are welcome to bring any additional
refreshments or snacks you would enjoy. We strictly enforce no
alcohol to minors under 21 year of age.
8) When is balance
due?
The balance is due when the
limousine arrives at the first pick up location. The chauffeur
needs to be paid in cash in full, minus the deposit left on
credit card. Full payment by credit card must be arranged in
advance with the office; we accept Visa, MC & Discover. Checks
are accepted as payment only when received by office 4 weeks
prior to reservation. Proms require full payment 30 days prior
to the event.
9) How much
deposit is required?
Deposits are generally 20-30% of
your total. Proms require 50% deposit and bus reservations
require a minimum $500 deposit. Cash or check, is accepted for
deposits, credit cards in office with ID or signage of
authorization form with the Valid ID only.
10) When does my
time start and end?
The time starts when the limousine
arrives at the first pick up address. The time ends when the
final drop off is made. Overtime will be charged at 15 minutes
past the hour.
11) What forms of
payment do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, Discover and
cash. Checks will be accepted as final payment only when
received by office 4 weeks prior to event.
